Results. Justice.
Professionalism.

Since 2008, Salek Law Firm has successfully represented a broad range of clients on wide-ranging legal matters by finding innovative solutions to complex legal issues. We have obtained millions of dollars in recovery and continue to win highly favorable outcomes every day.

Salek Law Firm's team of exceptionally talented lawyers and legal professionals is committed to excellence in all that we do. This commitment shows in the outstanding results and innovative solutions we obtain for our clients each and every day.

We understand that no two clients are the same, and no two cases demand the same solution. Our goal is to provide results-driven, winning services tailored to each client's individual needs — accomplished through personalized attention and aggressive litigation of every case.

Rest assured: for personal injury and sexual abuse claims, once we accept a case there is no cost to the client unless the case is favorably settled or we win at trial.

Common Questions

Answers, up front.

Nothing. Your initial case evaluation is always free and completely confidential. We'll listen to what happened, explain your options in plain English, and tell you honestly whether we think you have a case.

For personal injury and sexual abuse cases we work on a contingency-fee basis. That means once we accept your case, you pay no legal fees up front and owe us nothing unless your case settles successfully or we win at trial. Our fee then comes out of the recovery.

It depends on the type of case — personal injury, construction liens, and abuse claims all have different deadlines (statutes of limitations), and some are short. Because missing a deadline can bar your claim entirely, it's critical to contact an attorney as early as possible to preserve your rights.

Yes. At Salek Law Firm you work with the attorney handling your matter — not a call center. We believe personalized attention and direct access produce better outcomes.

We're headquartered in Irvine and represent clients throughout Orange County, the Inland Empire (Riverside, Corona, San Bernardino) and the Central Valley (Fresno, Bakersfield), as well as across California on construction, business and abuse matters.

That's exactly what the free consultation is for. Many people underestimate both whether they have a claim and what it may be worth. There's no obligation — reach out and we'll tell you where you stand.
